The pulley mechanism of the Gym Monster can be adjusted to 10 different heights, including 30.6 cm, 45.6 cm, 60.6 cm, 75.6 cm, 90.6 cm, 105.6 cm, 120.6 cm, 135.6 cm, 150.6 cm, and 165.6 cm.
