All the family love the gym monster 2 - had it for two weeks now and had changed the way we work out.
I use this every leg day for belt squats, calf raises, hip thrusts and split leg squats. Easy to attach, comfortable and secure. Not having to hold anything up with your upper body allows you to really focus on the leg muscles you are trying to work. Makes leg day extremely efficient. Lots of attachment points and chunky carabiners provided. Good product.
Absolutely brilliant equipment and can’t recommend it enough I have been a fitness instructor for over 30 years and find this gives you everything you need
Comfortable and strong.
Seems like great quality and also comfortable. Only concern is the cables on Speediance Gm2 itself when using it seems to be a little jerky and not smooth. Hopefully they are stronger than they appear. Only time will tell

Yes definitely worth it. The squat belt is well made, comfortable, and easy to adjust. It provides a secure fit and makes belt squats much more comfortable, allowing you to load your legs without putting unnecessary strain on your back. A great accessory, especially if you regularly train lower body.
Unfortunately the positioning of the clips on the belt meant that when I used it for squats the wires of the GymMonster 2 digged into my legs to the point it was painful to use. I tried all the hook configurations but to no avail. Would love any tips if there is a hack to use pain free

To be able to do split squats without having to hold the weight is (I don't want to sound too dramatic, but) life changing! Bulgarian split squats are suddenly super smooth as I can lock in and pump them out while holding the uprights. The amount of resistance I can use went up a lot too. On the downside I don't like the velcro tearing sound and it frightens the cats :-)

If you don’t use adapters with the squat belt, this happens! No one warns you about it.. I wasn’t sent the adapters (nor knew they existed) and after one use, this happened.
Great for isolating legs or hip workout without the need to apply pressure on your shoulder or arms with a barbell. Good kit if you are injured or want to reduce pressure, though it is pretty expensive. Fits me and my wife easily, and plenty of adjustments for our size (34in and 28in waist)
Effective piece of equipment to vary workouts and squats. Great alternative to a barbell
