Speediance Premium Care, 2 Year In-Home Service Plan

What’s covered:

  • All mechanical and electrical faults covered for 2 years from delivery
  • A certified Speediance technician visits your home to diagnose and repair
  • If an on-site repair isn’t possible, the full machine is replaced

How it works:

  • Contact our UK support team via phone, email, or live chat
  • We’ll troubleshoot remotely first, most issues are resolved without a visit
  • If an in-home visit is needed, we’ll schedule a technician at a time that suits you

Why it matters:

  • Third-party sellers cannot offer in-home servicing for Speediance machines
  • Without Premium Care, any physical repair requires shipping the machine back at your cost
  • Premium Care is exclusive to speediance.co.uk and cannot be added after purchase elsewhere

Exclusions: Cosmetic damage, misuse, water damage, unauthorised modifications. Standard consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in addition to this plan.

Eligibility:

  • Home (non-commercial) use only, not available for commercial installations
  • Service coverage focused on metropolitan areas, very remote regions may incur an additional service surcharge

This plan is automatically included at no charge when purchasing directly from speediance.co.uk. It cannot be purchased separately or transferred to machines bought from third-party retailers.
