I’ve been training over 35 years at multiple gyms, I saw The speed Gym monster two on a review from one of my YouTubers so did lots of research and took the plunge and bought one, cancelled my gym membership and haven’t looked back since, I absolutely love this Machine as it does everything in a small package taking up no room, the action is super smooth and the main thing for me is convenience so I can train split routines nearly every day, I would recommend this to anyone who is serious about their training and just doesn’t want to go to their local Gym or tied for time
The gym monster is hands down the best home gym on the market. Its compact size makes it a game changer. And its not just for "the youngsters". I am 65 yrs old and my husband is 66 yrs old and we both use it daily. It has helped me gain muscle strength, maintain bone density, improve joint mobility, improve balance and put simply it has improved my overall quality of life. The software is user friendly with tons of programs and movements in the library. And best of all, free lifetime membership. If your on the fence about buying it don't be, its changed my life and it will do the same for you!
What a revelation this has been to my training!
The best thing is, I now no longer need to train in the gym after work. I can come straight home and do everything in the gym at home, saving me time and money in the long term.

Gym Monster 2 has got me exercising again. As a mid 50’s woman I knew I needed to start strength training for better health in later life. I have little spare time so gym membership was never going to happen. I’m 3 weeks into my Gym Monster ownership and I’m really enjoying doing 4x 30min sessions a week. I actually look forward to it. Takes up very little room in my spare bedroom. A great investment for my health for years to come. I’d recommend it.
I got my Speediance Gym Monster around Halloween 2023, so as I write this review it's nearly 8 months that I have been using the machine for my strength training. So far 7600 minutes of total workout, and over a million pounds of workout volume, using it 4-6 days a week since purchase. I can't say enough good things about it. So many things have changed in my lifestyle, health and strength - I have a lot more desire to workout. The convenience of just using the large-sized touchscreen display to configure what I want to do, and it's just the cables and one accessory for the type of workout I'm doing makes all excuses to workout go away. I work from home, so I find myself adding a 1 15-30-45 min workout here in there. I have an audiobook/podcast to listen to ? How about adding a quick workout for that specific muscle during that time? It's just that easy for me. Tap tap, connect accessory and get to workout. No plates, no free weights. Now that I am 8 months in, I have also seen so many updates to the software after taking feedback from the community, including ideas I sent it myself. Pretty cool, because it can only get better from here as they have shown they're highly interested in taking ideas and executing them. So many updates so far. When I made the decision to purchase, and comparing with others, I didn't want another monthly subscription. I already pay for two other fitness companies for Peloton and Aviron, I wasn't looking for more. And Speediance gave/is giving lifetime membership. I never felt this looking forward to workout as I am now after a long time of lack of motivation for strength training. These six months have been amazing and it's cool that I can do progressive overload myself with high precision of how many pounds I want to. Also simplifies pyramiding. It's pretty annoying to do this with free weights, right? Looking forward to another year of more workouts.
I haven’t been able to go to the gym in years due to ill health but wanted to start building some strength back into my body. I saw a video review of this product on YouTube and it looked ideal. It enables me to work at my own pace and do as much as I feel I am able to on any given day. The versatility of the machine also allows me to do every exercise that I used to do at the gym so I’m not missing out on anything. In less than a month, I already feel stronger which is great. Highly recommended!!
This has been perfect for apartment living. I had a full gym setup in the basement of my old house, but I couldn't take it with me when I moved to a high-rise condo due to space and respect for my neighbors below. Speediance allows me to get a full body workout in the corner of my home office. I chose Speediance because of the flexibility of being on wheels rather than permanently mounted to the wall. I've been impressed with how frequently the system gets updated with improvements based on direct customer feedback. The Gym Monster has been sturdy and reliable after almost 2 years of ownership. I've enthusiastically recommended it to my friends.
We bought the Gym Monster precisely because we live in a very small flat 30 minutes away from the closest gym. In order to not compromise our health I invested in this gym which has been fantastic since day 1. The perfect thing is that is compact enough and easy to setup and follow the workouts, we manage to do it even with 2 kids, in between exercises we can stop and help them out, give them lunch and generally spend time with them while being able to keep a consistent workout routine. I have used it non-stop 5 days a week, sometimes 6. Me and my wife are very happy with this. 5/5 stars.
I bought a smart cardio machine last year and loved it, and have been looking for a resistance/weights equivalent. The GM2 has exceeded all my expectations. I was a PT and gym manager for several years and can honestly say that this machine allows you to do EVERYTHING that you’d want. I love all the little touches and continuous improvements- the barbell hooks, the Bluetooth ring, the connectors so I can use my own EZ bar and handles. Honestly a fantastic piece of kit and am so energised to workout. I cant wait for my next session!
This has been an absolute game changer for me. I have always been active, frequently exercise, and I get a lot of cardio. However, I have long avoided weightlifting as it was very intimidating, I didn't know where to start, and I had no intention of going to a gym. When I saw this, I knew I had to give it a try. I was blown away. It's such a good value for the money, and I was able to easily follow the workouts. I love that you can also build your own workouts and free lift if you should choose. My husband now also uses this every single day and loves it as well. If you are on the fence, I would strongly urge you to buy it and give it a try. You won't regret it.
I cannot praise the Speediance GM2 enough.. I was a little skeptical to be honest and I must have read every piece of literature on the equipment, but took the plunge and it is a life changer - not just a game changer an absolute life changer! I could never see myself going back to a commercial gym or even using free weights after this.. I had a nasty lower back tear whilst moving 2 x 26kg dumbbells into position for bench press and after I never really had the confidence back to train in a way where I felt safe and in control - now it is a click of a magic button and change the weight by 1 kg at a time... I hope the guys that created this tech and equipment become bloody billionaires as they deserve it right.. 10/10 for this guys its next level...
This machine is a game changer! I used to be quite athletic but experienced some injuries and got out of shape and out of the habit of going to the gym. Speediance has improved my ability to get back into the lifting game. Well-thought out workouts and lifting programs that implement an AI coach that will choose the amount of weight you should lift. No awkward experiences of waiting for a machine or bench to open up, or feel like you have someone waiting for you. No worries that you may be watched or judged. No extra obstacle for excuses of having to drive to and from the gym. And my favorite - NO GYM FEES! Speediance works great and has given me a workout experience I’ve always hoped for but never thought I’d be able to afford. It has a community that’s united through ever-trying to improve the software and user experience. I’ve introduced a friend to the machine and we’ve been doing some workouts together. They are looking to purchase one now too! Thank you for changing my life, Speediance. Keep up the good work!
The Gym Monster is perfect for all levels.
Having constantly had a gym membership for the past 18 years and training at least 4 days a week every week, I never thought the day would come when I no longer had a gym membership but my circumstances changed. However the Gym Monster has allowed me to continue training, fitting in a workout whenever there is a spare moment in the day. If the maximum weight is a concern, don’t let it be as it is sufficient for even experienced lifters.
Absolutely blown away by the Speediance.
I was sceptical at first as I’ve used commercial gyms for years, but the build quality, smooth resistance and amount of exercises you can do on one machine is genuinely impressive. It feels premium, well engineered and the software is surprisingly intuitive.
What really stands out is how compact it is without compromising on performance. Perfect for anyone wanting a serious training setup at home without filling an entire room with equipment.
The adaptive digital weight system is incredibly smooth and the workout programmes keep things engaging rather than repetitive.
Honestly one of the few bits of fitness tech that actually lives up to the hype. Highly recommend.
Bought the Gym monster in February 2024, received in March. Previously had a full rack with free weights that never got used. Once I received the Gym monster I started using it daily 5-7 times a week, from quick 5 minute HIIT workouts to long lifting sessions. The fact I can easily switch weights and workout quickly with plans I can follow or customize has kept me going. Where before I would stare at the old rack wondering what I wanted to do and how much weight did I want to move around. This has definitely made my life easier and keeps me working out! Easily 5 stars up to this point!!
I absolutely love my gym pal! The ability to be able to use it in such a small space and have it out of the way for the rest of the day is awesome! I've already noticed improvements in my ability to lift much heavier since I've started with it in September. If you're on the fence with not knowing if this machine will be worth it or not it's definitely worth it. I've been able to create custom workouts with it as well enjoy the already made templates it offers.
Absolutely love this machine. Have bought it for rehabilitation for an injury so I cannot get to the gym but now I will be cancelling my membership to the gym as this machine has everything. So many workouts and you can tailor this for whatever your goals are. It takes up next to no space so you can fit in pretty much any room. Having multiuser profiles is also great for families
I’m loving my new home gym setup! I bought the Speediance I’ve completed a week of a total body muscle building program and I’m in love with it!!! The machine coupled with the workouts are easy to follow. A huge bonus for me, living with rheumatoid arthritis makes working out and following a trainer-led program difficult, but I’ve found it not to be an issue at all! Additionally, the Official Speediance Community is an excellent source of information, support, and more!!
I have been using my Speediance Gym Monster for over 4 months and I love it! The variety of exercises is amazing. I use it daily and primarily use the Speediance workouts which have led to great gains in strength and stamina. Of course, the convenience of having this at home makes it easy to stick to a schedule. I have not had any problems/issues with the equipment or software. It's great!
I was tired of wasting 30 minutes every morning driving to and from the gym and decided to pull the trigger on a home gym. After a lot of research I landed on the Gym Monster, and I couldn't be more thrilled. This machine replaces about 80% of a full community gym and takes up very little space. The build is high quality, the screen is clear, and the workouts are easy follow and customize. The after sales team has been incredibly helpful since my purchase. I can't recommend this product or company enough, I am very happy with my purchase!
The Gym Pal is great - it doesn't take up a lot of space in our gym room and gives such an awesome workout (happy to share that I am feeling the soreness from my workouts hahah). The app is great and has a lot of plans and individual exercises with pretty great guidance for beginners.
I'm looking forward to seeing my results and progression over the next few months!
I sold all of my free weights and ordered the gym monster. The small footprint makes this machine best in class. I can move it if I want as well, the options are limitless. I am using all the original accessories and have no problems going to max weight with my workouts. I can use free lift to do my own thing, or if I want to follow another workout, I can search a muscle group and follow that guided workout video. I like that the gym monster tracks all of my weight lifted too, the stats help gamify my workouts and makes reaching my goals more fun.
Great quality and comfortable to use. They make ski pull exercises feel much more natural and are a worthwhile addition to the Speediance system. Recommended.
We invested in the gym because we have a very small flat and live far away from a gym. Having the rack is fundamental to keep things organized and tidy. It's also very sturdy and well made, a nice design and very very useful.
The Speediance Gym Monster 2 is such an awesome bit of kit that it deserves to be complemented with the storage rack for all of the accessories. It keeps them tidy and out of the way and looks really cool standing next to the machine. It also makes the accessories easily accessible to keep your workouts as efficient and effective as possible. Highly recommended.
