Change of Mind Returns:

  • 14-Day Peace of Mind: Ordered a unit and had a change of heart? It happens! You can request a return within 14 days of receiving it, as per UK consumer rights. Please return in the original box and if the unit has been used, we will assess the return and reduce the refund amount for wear and tear or damage. Within the 14-day cancellation period, if you return an item without suitable packaging (original packaging where possible, or equivalent) and it is damaged or its value is reduced as a result, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund to reflect that loss in value.
  • Shipping Costs: For change of mind returns, the return shipping costs and associated handling fees will be deducted from your refund. We will advise you of these costs prior to your return. This ensures a fair policy for all our valuable customers.
  • Outside of 14-Day Peace of Mind : Change of mind returns outside 14-Day Peace of Mind period from delivery are at the discretion of Speediance United Kingdom. The return shipping costs and associated handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be in the original box and if the unit has been used, we will assess the return and reduce the refund amount for wear and tear or damage.

However, if the remoteness of your location makes this impractical, we can also provide alternative solutions, or you may need to visit a metropolitan area for any necessary repairs.

Refund Time:

Your trust matters. Refunds, when due, are processed via the original payment method, typically taking 7-14 business days, contingent on your bank or credit card provider.

Return Shipping:

For returns due to product issues, we bear the shipping costs. However, for change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping to our designated service center.

Replacement Fee:

Facing performance faults? We handle two-way replacement shipping. But once the warranty period concludes, two-way replacement shipping becomes the customer's responsibility. But worry not, our machines are engineered for endurance!
