General Warranty Coverage
Speediance guarantees that your Speediance product, when used, operated, and maintained according to the provided instructions, will be free from material and workmanship defects throughout the warranty period. If material or workmanship defects arise during the warranty period, Speediance will provide free repairs or replacement as required under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The warranty applies exclusively to products purchased through official Speediance channels or authorized distributors and is intended for personal or household use. For commercial usage, a separate commercial warranty agreement must be arranged.
Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the day you receive your product and ends as detailed below:

If no proof of receipt is available, the warranty starts 30 days from the product's factory delivery date.
Conditions for Free Warranty Service
- The product was purchased from official or authorized distributors.
- The product experiences defects due to material or workmanship within the warranty period.
- Valid proof of purchase and product serial number (SN) are provided.
- The product has not been subject to unauthorized disassembly, modification, misuse, or unauthorized installation.
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage due to misuse, improper operation, installation errors, unauthorized repair, modifications, or disassembly.
- Cosmetic damage not resulting from manufacturing defects.
- Normal wear and tear, including performance degradation from regular use.
- Damage from environmental factors (extreme temperature, corrosion, electromagnetic interference).
- Data loss resulting from failure to back up data prior to repair.
- Damage caused by operating outside specified guidelines or in extreme environments.
- Force majeure events (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.).
- Products used commercially without a commercial warranty agreement.
Transferability
The warranty is transferable if the new owner presents valid proof of original purchase from an authorized Speediance channel.
Obtaining Warranty Service
Contact Speediance via email at after-sales@speediance.com within 30 days of discovering a defect. Include the product serial number (SN) and your proof of purchase. Follow the instructions provided for troubleshooting or return arrangements.
Logistics Costs
Speediance covers logistics for warranty-approved repairs. All other shipping, customs, or service charges for ineligible claims are the customer's responsibility.
Cross-border Warranty (UK)
Warranty services for products purchased in the UK are valid throughout the UK only.
Wear and Tear
Items like resistance cables may wear down with normal use. Issues like thinning, cracks, or fraying are excluded from coverage. We recommend regular inspections and prompt replacement for safety. Parts are available, but labor and travel may be charged.
Data and Privacy
Speediance is not liable for data loss. Please back up all data prior to repair. All personal data is handled per the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Limitation of Liability
Speediance is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the original product price, except where restricted by law. This does not affect liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Commercial Use
Products used for commercial purposes require a separately arranged commercial warranty. Contact us directly to discuss options.
General Provisions
- Returned products must be packaged according to Speediance instructions.
- Speediance retains the right to handle unclaimed products per legal requirements, including applying handling or storage fees.
Privacy and Data Protection
Speediance respects your privacy and will handle all personal information in compliance with UK GDPR and relevant laws. Please ensure your data is backed up before sending any device for service.
Changes to Warranty
We reserve the right to update this warranty policy as needed. Any changes will not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
