Speediance Premium Care — 2 Year In-Home Service Plan

What’s covered:

  • All mechanical and electrical faults covered for 2 years from delivery
  • A certified Speediance technician visits your home to diagnose and repair
  • If an on-site repair isn’t possible, the full machine is replaced

How it works:

  • Contact our UK support team via phone, email, or live chat
  • We’ll troubleshoot remotely first — most issues are resolved without a visit
  • If an in-home visit is needed, we’ll schedule a technician at a time that suits you

Why it matters:

  • Third-party sellers cannot offer in-home servicing for Speediance machines
  • Without Premium Care, any physical repair requires shipping the machine back at your cost
  • Premium Care is exclusive to speediance.co.uk and cannot be added after purchase elsewhere

Exclusions: Cosmetic damage, misuse, water damage, unauthorised modifications. Standard consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in addition to this plan.

Eligibility:

  • Home (non-commercial) use only — not available for commercial installations
  • Service coverage focused on metropolitan areas — very remote regions may incur an additional service surcharge
