Neat and tidy
The amount of different exercises you can do is incredible and unlike other machines which I’m not going to name you don’t have to nail it into the wall. It’s completely free to put where you please. And the speed of setting up this machine is phenomenal. You literally just take it out of the box and the way you go, I’m not joking.
This machine is incredible. What you won’t notice how much time you will save by not going to the gym just going into your room doing a set and coming back to it later on. This machine is a serious game change. What they don’t also mention to you is the build quality. It is absolutely solidly built. We love it.

I've had it for just under a month and can already see a difference in size and weight. I love how quick and easy the machine is to set up and use. The only pain was waiting almost a month for it to be delivered.
Quality appears good first few workouts have gone well. Bluetooth ring is a bit hit and miss

Absolutely blown away by the Speediance. I was sceptical at first as I’ve used commercial gyms for years, but the build quality, smooth resistance and amount of exercises you can do on one machine is genuinely impressive. It feels premium, well engineered and the software is surprisingly intuitive. What really stands out is how compact it is without compromising on performance. Perfect for anyone wanting a serious training setup at home without filling an entire room with equipment. The adaptive digital weight system is incredibly smooth and the workout programmes keep things engaging rather than repetitive. Honestly one of the few bits of fitness tech that actually lives up to the hype. Highly recommend.
It's been a great device. I really love it. I can work out on most days, and I can be assured that I am working out all parts of my body. I am on a programme, so that's helping me stay consistent, and overall I am enjoying it very much.
It’s only been a couple of weeks… but so far so good. The Speediance GM2 Family 2.0 is excellent and the workouts are great, with lots of variety for beginners and advanced alike. It is quick and easy to use… and love the partner mode! Would like it even more if we could use partner mode for custom workouts.

Amazing to get a full gym in my living room
Absolutely incredible. I’ve been going to the gym for 5 years, and haven’t seen the results I wanted. I’ve ended up gaining too much muscle at the gym, not having a proper workout plan. This machine is perfect for shredding and getting lean muscle, perfect my goals. Wish I’d bough it years ago

For me to get excited about fitness kit, it needs to be amazing - and believe me, this is!
Only had the Speediance Gym Monster 2 for just over a week now but already love it. It’s an unbelievable bit of kit, the amount of exercises available seems like it should accommodate all training needs. The ease of lifting the floor and moving the equipment around is great to ensure it isn’t taking up a lot of floor space at all times. The strength assessment is great to establish your base load and the intelligence of the kit to predetermine and adjust weights for the various exercises is really clever, and all that without needing to pay a monthly sub on top of the hardware. The only slight negative I have is the operating platform is taking a bit of time to get used to, some settings and features are hard to locate but they are constantly making updates and the more I use it the more I am getting familiar with it so hopefully this is just a beginner issue!
I use this every leg day for belt squats, calf raises, hip thrusts and split leg squats. Easy to attach, comfortable and secure. Not having to hold anything up with your upper body allows you to really focus on the leg muscles you are trying to work. Makes leg day extremely efficient. Lots of attachment points and chunky carabiners provided. Good product.
We love the gym monster 2. It's so compact but has so many smart features. The programs, workouts and movements really are comprehensive and are a great motivator for us. Much more sturdy and solid that I thought it would be. This is a well engineered piece of kit that I expect to last. Be warned, it's also very heavy, I reckon we'll need help getting it upstairs... either that or a few more months training!!!

Early days but looking good so far
So far I really, really love our Speediance. It's set up for me to do a short workout everyday. Everything is so easy to do. So much better than waiting for a piece of equipment at the gym!

How quickly can I set it up?
Unbox the machine, connect it to power and turn it on. Complete the on-screen calibration if prompted and you are ready to train. No drilling or wall mounting is required.
Does it require a Wi-Fi connection?
You can train offline at any time. Connect to Wi-Fi for software updates, workout syncing and the full content library.
How do I choose the right workout mode?
Select your goal on the screen, for example muscle building, fat loss or cardio, and follow the recommended sessions, or build your own workout.
How do I adjust the resistance?
From the touchscreen, with voice control, or directly from the Bluetooth Ring at your fingertips, without breaking your set.
Does it receive software updates?
